The Resort has 120 fully self-contained Studio, Deluxe Studio and Executive Apartments, each with its own private balcony and stunning lake and/or mountain views. Studios are open plan with queen bed, Deluxe studios have either queen or king bed and the Executive apartment is split level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with ensuite with a spa bath. All apartments feature modern, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, TV with Austar channels and free in-house movie channels.

Quality Resort Horizons not only has great rooms but also some of the best dining in the region at Horizons Bar & Grill and McEvoy’s Restaurant which has a seasonal menu reflecting produce from the region and a tempting range of seafood. Expect starters such as scallops served in deliciously tempting ways, or maybe a smoked trout, spinach and Gruyere pie.

Hearty mains will please skiers after a day on the slopes – rosemary and chilli skewered spatchcock with flageolet bean stew or maybe a garlic and lemon marinated lamb rump with a spiced eggplant salsa. You’ll also find Snowy Mountains Brewery beers, locally-made schnapps and wines from the cool climate Tumbarumba region.

For relaxing and warming up after a day out, the property has a tempting indoor heated swimming pool and pamper packages, treatments and massages are available close by to soothe tired muscles.
