Information about Pampoolah:
Pampoolah is a tiny, attractively situated settlement located 11 km east of Taree on the Southern Passage of the Manning River. Just to the east of Pampoolah are the ocean beaches of Old Bar (at the estuary of the Southern Passage), Saltwater and Wallabi Point while a side road heads out to Manning Point at the main estuary. The fishing opportunities at Pampoolah and the other coastal and riverside spots are excellent. River cruises are available from Taree and excellent riverside accommodation is available at Pampoolah.
